According to www.fashion.ie, it has been reported that Emma Watson’s boyfriend, Jay Barrymore, is planning to move to the United States while she is attending school.

The August 2009 Issue of Twist magazine, finally set the record straight about this rumor. I was so upset when I read this quote and rumor on a certain blogger’s website.

What????? From what I have heard, that does not sound like her, and I was right about this one.

Daniel decided to crush that rumor.

According to www.theinsider.com, Emma is going to be a wreck at the end of filming the last Harry Potter scene.

“I will be uncontrollable. It’s been half of our lives. It’s made us, it’s formed us. It’s such a big part of my life, so it will be really sad – and so much of the crew who have been there since the beginning are like my family.”

So does Emma Spend a lot of time with the cast from Harry Potter?

“To be honest, we see so much of each other when we’re working that hanging out together would be overload. I love them, but I need to see other friends off set. They’re like my siblings now.”

You and co-stars Daniel Radcliffe and Rupert Grint were all over 18 filming this movie. How was it different from the other movies?

Emma: Well, we had longer working hours. But none of us have started drinking coffee or smoking. Definitely no alcohol!

The film focuses on a lot of awoken hormones. Did you draw on your own experiences?

Emma: It’s fun because we’re all maybe a year or two older than our characters are, so I feel as though I’ve experienced everything first. Sometimes I have to bring myself back to Hermione because she’s so innocent and very vulnerable in this film.

Daniel Radcliffe has said that the atmosphere on set was ‘horny’…

Horny?

Emma : I don’t know what to say! When we were younger, we were always going back and forward from school filming so it wasn’t like Dan and Rupert were the only boys in my life.

I know it would be of huge media interest if there was a pairing between us, but the three of us have grown up together and are just like siblings.

If there were a new batch of Harry Potter films in 20 years, would you want to take part?

Emma: Never say never, but I would hope I would’ve moved on by the time they do a remake.

So what lies ahead for you?

Emma: At the end of August, I’m going to university in the States. I’m very excited and looking forward to a bit of normality for a while. But that doesn’t mean I’m never going to go to work again or act again. Anything is possible.

Is going to university in America a way of escaping?

Emma: No, I’m just looking forward to being a teenager and meeting people my own age.

I must sound like Hermione, but for me my comfort, if I am ever really stressed, is to sit and read. Learning is something I really love. It was my dream before I did the films so I don’t see why it should change.

Emma: JK Rowling has reportedly been on the set a lot. How do you get on with her?

In the earlier years she was still writing the books and also had a young child, so she was really busy. But now she can be more involved and it’s more of a pleasure.

She has been around more, and we are quite similar in a way, so she has been nice to talk to. She’s been very caring and is genuinely a really lovely woman.It’s wonderful to have her in my life.

You hit people with newspapers in the films rather a lot. Is that a habit you have in real life?

Emma: I do it so much in the film, that’s me getting my aggression out. I’ve had my fill of hitting people with newspapers, notepads, whatever I can get my hands on. So yes, I’m done!

Emma Hated Kissing Rupert Grint

According to Jocelyn Vena, writer for http://hollywoodcrush.mtv.com, Emma Watson did not like kissing Rupert Grint. She said that it “was the most horrible thing I’ve ever had to do … it just felt like incest. That’s the only way I can describe it.”

I am sure that this comes to a shock to billions of girls who would have loved to take her place, but I can see how she would feel like that. Emma has said many times that Rupert and Daniel were like siblings to her.

“It was fine that I was actually kissing him because I had my eyes closed so I could not think about the fact that it was him. The worst bit is when we had to open our eyes and look at each other because then I was just like, [laughter] and then we couldn’t keep going. But we did it in the end. Six takes — not bad. It could be worse.”

Now it is being reported, byDaniel Radcliffe, that Emma is going to Brown. Emma still has not confirmed or denied anything.

Emma is Excited to Be Going to a University

Emma is becoming a great fashion icon.

“As I get older, I’m aware people care about what I put on my body, which is strange,” she said.
“I’ve been trying to play different characters in each of the fashion shoots I’ve done and I hope that people can look at me differently. It would be very naive of me not to be aware that it will be hard for audiences to separate us from these characters we are so identified with, so I think that has been my way of expressing myself.”

I personal can not wait to continue to see Emma grow. I hope that she has a wonderful college experience no matter what school she attends.

Emma Watson Doesn’t Diet

“It’s just not something that I aspire to, to be super-skinny,” Watson told Grazia magazine. “It’s not inspirational at all for me. I’m lucky that I’m this size naturally. I don’t diet…I love chocolate and pasta and I love baking. I make a great raspberry amaretto cake.”

“There is so much pressure on girls our age to be smart and pretty and funny and skinny – they have to be everything,” says Watson. “I definitely know what that pressure is like, but my philosophy is to eat what you like and be healthy and exercise.”

Woo hoo. Someone who tells it like it is about weight.

I was not aware of this, I knew that she likes to fish, but Emma likes sports.

“For some reason, girls seem to think it [being athletic] is unfeminine and they worry about being ‘pretty’,” says Watson. “But I feel the most pretty when I come off the pitch after a field hockey game and I’ve got pink cheeks and bright eyes. Sport really makes me feel good about myself.”

One of the things that we do not have to worry about Emma is taking drugs.

“I’d be too frightened to take drugs,” she says. “I have enough in my life without looking for something else, and I hope that will always be the case.”

“A lot of people think there’s something going on [between me and Emma Watson] because I have to kiss her on film soon. I’ll be honest with you: it’s not something I’d say I’m dreading. Emma’s a pretty girl. Have Daniel or I ever hit on Emma? Well, she’s quite popular with the cast. As for who has the worst crush on her – me or Radcliffe – I’d rather not say.”

Okay Rupert . . . Does that mean that it is you or are you trying to protect Daniel? This does not take me my surprise. Emma is a beautiful young lady. If I only had her problem.

Emma Has No Idea of What She is Worth

Emma does not know how much she is worth, according to http://sify.com.

“My dad never told me how much money I was earning. Then, when I hit 18, he was like, ‘I want you to understand that your money isn’t some kind of abstract concept. I want you to have a feel for what it’s worth and what you can do with it’,” The Telegraph quoted her as telling Elle magazine.

“The truth is I’d just like to pretend that it [the money] doesn’t exist. It’s amazing how many children are aware from such a young age about money being important or supposedly impressive. Around the age of 13 or 14, kids used to come up to me and say, ”You the girl on Harry Potter? How much do you make?””

That is a good thing to do. Pretend that you do not have it, so you do not waste it all.

Emma will be taking a break after she finished filming.

“It’s going to sound dramatic, but I feel like it’s going to be my life over as I know it. My whole life has been about Harry Potter and then all of that will shut down and I don’t know what it will be like. I go to university in September – I’ll be doing bits and bobs at Christmas, but September feels like my cut-off point, the moment when I’ll really stop.”

What is Hermione’s big moment and big sequence in the sixth film?

WATSON: There’s this mean girl called Lavender who has a bit of a crush on Ron. It’s leaked in the beginning of the film that Hermione and Ron are finally going to get it together, and then she steps in. Hermione is sensitive and quite mean, really. And it’s very much about how she sort of despises Lavender. Not really because she’s taken Ron away, but because she’s kind of the opposite of Hermione. So it’s very comic and also quite sad for her. It’s very Ron based, her part.

When you look back at the making of this film, what do you think you might remember from it?

WATSON: What really stuck out for me was Ron’s Quidditch scene. It was so funny. Rupert’s comic timing is just brilliant and he’s so funny. There’s this great scene where Hermione and Lavender are fighting over Ron, and we had a bit of fun with that. With Dumbledore’s death scene it was absolutely freezing that night and it was a very sad scene, really.

If you continue acting after “Harry Potter” is done do you think you’re going to look for roles that are as far from Hermione as possible?

WATSON: I would like to play someone a bit different, yes. But I’m not going to go play a thug just to get away from Hermione. It will be really interesting if I find anything I feel as strongly about as I felt towards Hermione. I just felt like I had to play the role. It’s very hard to explain, I just felt I had to do it, and I haven’t read another script that I’ve felt that way about.

According to Vicki Bane, writer for www.people.com, Emma Watson would like to have a degree from an American school like Brown.

Regarding Universities in the U.S, “you’re encouraged to be broad and choose many different subjects,” Emma tells this month’s Interview magazine.

“I felt like I had walked into an American teen movie,” says Emma. “I was only there for two days – thankfully my friends and I were more interested in traveling around other parts of the country. But that was the weirdest place ever.”

This has been a rumor going around that there is a “Good Behavior” clause in Emma Watson, Daniel Radcliffe and Rupert Grint’s contracts. It was said that they agreed to avoid any negative publicity. Emma has never heard of this, and she has dismissed the clause as a myth, according to www.contactmusic.com.

“I’ve never seen a ‘good behaviour’ clause – I honestly think that’s a myth – but I actually wouldn’t ever need one. It’s just not necessary. Daniel (Radcliffe), Rupert (Grint) and I have been incredibly protected doing the Harry Potter movies. There seems to be this feeling that all of us were bursting to break out of these images we had created but that’s never been the case. We all share the same view. How Sick Can the Paparazzi Be

I knew that the Paparazzi would do almost anything to get a “money” shot of celebrities. For example if they were drunk or kissing someone etc. But even this is a new time low. According to www.contactmusic.com and Britain’s Mail, even Emma Watson could not believe it.

Emma told the Britain’s Mail, “It was pretty tough turning 18. I realised that overnight I’d become fair game. I had a party in town and the pavements were knee-deep with photographers trying to get a shot of me looking drunk, which wasn’t going to happen. I don’t have to drink to have a good time. The sickest part was when one photographer lay down on the floor to get a shot up my skirt. The night it was legal for them to do it, they did it. I woke up the next day and felt completely violated by it all. That’s not something I want in my life. I just kept thinking that if it had happened a day earlier people would have sued their a**es off.”

I should not be stunned, but I am. They paparazzi have gotten many pictures that they had to be in a odd position to get. I do not understand why Emma can not sue. I think that in that case she should be able to. Magazines get sued when they write a slanderous story that may or may not be true and if it is possible to ruin someone’s career.

According to lepaparazzi.blogspot.com, Brad Pitt’s lawyer threaten to sue if anyone took pictures of Brad and his family at their private French estate.

Emma Tells It Like It Is

According to The Press Association, Emma is embarrassed about being called “sexy”

Emma told the Daily Express newspaper: “I find the whole idea of being ’sexy’ embarrassing and confusing. I’d never go out in a mini-skirt. What’s sexy about saying: ‘I’m here with my boobs out and a short skirt, have a look at everything I’ve got? My idea of sexy is that less is more.”

She is right – - more is sexier than wearing less.

Emma is smart and a hard worker. She got straight A grades in her A-levels and she is thinking about where she will be attending school.

“I actually think going to university will make me a better actress,” she said, “Look at Jodie Foster, Natalie Portman, Meryl Streep – they are all educated themselves.”

It is also important to keep herself in the public eye.

“It’s important that I take on other roles, just generally, because otherwise people will think of me as Hermione for the rest of my life.”

Even with other roles, that could happen because she will be the one and only Hermione. When Harry Potter or her role in the movie/ books comes up – - people will think of her. I do not see that as a bad thing. But… She will be known for other movies and projects. For example Pauline in Ballet Shoes.

“I won’t know what to do when it ends. It will be the weirdest thing ever but I’m excited about finishing it because it frees my time to do other projects.”

From what I have read and hear, Emma has a good head on her shoulders. I wish I had been that way at her age.
